Clouseau's performed a home inspection for me in August 2015. He did not go on the roof for a close inspection and as a result, I incurred a $7500.00 roof repair that should have been detected. Reportedly, he carries no liability insurance so I was not able to recover through legal means. I would definitely not recommend this service. His tag line, "I inspect every home as though I was going to buy it myself." Yeah - right.
