I could not have selected a worst company to refinish our hardwood floors. Dan Tremble and Clouse Floors promise and guarantee excellent workmanship and professionalism, but they don’t deliver. "Ron" came to my house talked about the problem and then at the end decided he did not want to give me a bid when I didn't want my entire floor replaced. He walked out my front door and acted like he did this all the time. I think he decided that if I did not do it his way he was not interested in talking with me. Excellent product and customer service – Clouse floors did a wonderful job under a tight timeline in my Heights home. I purchased a 1930s bungalow and needed the floors repaired before moving in. Fabulous! – When I had a water "accident" in my kitchen on my hardwood floors, I really did not know who to call. A friend recommended Clouse Floors so I called. My Experience: 20+ Years of Cordial and Professional Service – I first used this firm in 1987 when they refinished the hardwood floors in my first house. I used them again when we bought and remodeled our current house. I continue to contact them on a fairly regular basis to wax, touch-up or otherwise maintain my floors. Very disappointing service and unprofessional – I had been referred to this company by a realtor friend who has seen just about everybody's "handy work" when it comes to hardwood floor repair. She said that these guys do exceptional work. Unfortunately, I never got to see that work. The president of the company, Dan Tremble, came to inspect the job and give me an estimate.
