Great experience all around! The labor and delivery team was incredible, made us feel so welcome and were very kind and informative with every step of the way. Went above and beyond to ensure we were very comfortable and did more than I expected to help with a normal delivery, Dr. Thomas, Joanna, Karen, Soulv, Emily and Sasha were the dream team. Had my first baby here 6 weeks ago and it was an amazing experience. I set out with the goal to go unmedicated, but that changed after 24 hours with no progress. Not once did anyone pressure me to get an epidural, in fact, they were extremely encouraging of my birth plan. However, once I did decide to get it, they talked me through the process and made me feel so safe and comfortable. My labor lasted 12 more hours and my baby was OP and almost 10 pounds. Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience delivering here this past weekend. This was my second baby (had my previous elsewhere) and Emerson Concord is top notch. I would recommend this place to any woman. Tina, my nurse during my L&D, was absolute PERFECTION. I would not have changed one thing about how everything went down. The team that was in my room to help deliver my baby I will forever be grateful for.
It took me a while but, finally here to give my honest review. This birthing center has some of the most amazing people. So warm hearted and kind. The start of my labor was not easy. As I decided to go for an all natural birth. But each one of the nurses… like every single one of them made my entire experience UNFORGETTABLE. They treated me as if I was a family member.
