Cloud Well Health - Mixed Experience I’ve been a patient at Cloud Well Health for a while now, and my experience has been frustratingly inconsistent. The administrative side of this practice needs serious improvement. The Issues: • Unreachable by phone. It’s nearly impossible to reach someone at this office when you call. I wanted to like this company. Unfortunately, the staff are very unprofessional and lack knowledge on basic skills. >:( They are not welcoming and just seem like they don’t want to give care!!! Not to mention, staff are constantly going to the back of the office for “answers” for my basic insurance and general questions. Zero help from them whatsoever! Had to cancel my RESCHEDULED appointment and seek care elsewhere. Think twice before booking.
they cancel your appointment without telling you. They like to waste your time with horrible customer service.
If you’re looking for primary care doctor I highly recommend you see Dr. Montero I had a wonderful experience with her I really felt heard and understood she answered all of my questions I had and did an amazing job getting me the care I needed! The staff is so amazing and helpful as well. So if you’re looking for excellent care book with them!
I wanted to like this practice but there seems to be a problem. That can't be fixed. You call in and it goes straight to voicemail with some message they will call you back the next day. I played that game for two days and no call back. Called atleast 12 times trying to get a person. No call back three days later. I sent in a referral form for a dietician and they took it upon themselves to refer me to another Dietician I didn't ask for. Dash Nutrition?
