If you’re looking for primary care doctor I highly recommend you see Dr. Montero I had a wonderful experience with her I really felt heard and understood she answered all of my questions I had and did an amazing job getting me the care I needed! The staff is so amazing and helpful as well. So if you’re looking for excellent care book with them!
I wanted to like this practice but there seems to be a problem. That can't be fixed. You call in and it goes straight to voicemail with some message they will call you back the next day. I played that game for two days and no call back. Called atleast 12 times trying to get a person. No call back three days later. I sent in a referral form for a dietician and they took it upon themselves to refer me to another Dietician I didn't ask for. Dash Nutrition? Doctors don’t have the right knowledge and they almost never answer the phone. I mean what doctor are you if you aren’t able to help your patients ? Unbelievable but true !
Despite being a telehealth platform, they canceled my appointment last minute and stated that I'd need to come in person to even have an initial conversation with a doctor. And that I'd need to establish them as my primary care physician in order to speak with their doctor, couldn't have just a telehealth appointment without committing to that. Was disappointed as this seemed like a good provider for telehealth needs but definitely not.
