So I saw Elizabeth watts here and she was fricken amazing. But everything else about this practice sucks. They NEVER answer the phone, they lag on referrals, I had issues with a Dr they referred me to (different office) and asked cloudwell for a new referral… but somehow my old Dr had found out about my complaint and dropped me as a patient and left me without an obgyn while pregnant which makes me think there was a hipaa violation (the receptionist at cloudwell literally asked me “can I ask what happen for you to want to ch... read more
The doctors at this office are excellent and provide quality care. However, the front desk staff can be difficult to deal with. For straightforward medication requests that likely don’t require an appointment, the receptionist often decides on their own without passing the request to the doctor. This prevents the doctor from reviewing the situation or following up directly. Additionally, I’ve had the phone hung up on me while I was still speaking, which is unprofessional and disappointing. The NP that saw me was amazing and thorough. All clinics on island have a 4-12 mos wait time for new patients. They got me in the same week. Hard to get a hold of people on the phone cause they’re busy, but they are super helpful when they finally answer. They really just need more people to man the phones based on other reviews here.
Lately I’ve been trying to reach there front office and no one has been answering there phone. I called the place numerous times yesterday and the day before and one answered
My PCP was great and actually cared about my health and improved some of my health markers. However, communication is abysmal. More than half the time when you call Cloudwell it goes to voicemail. They get back to you usually by the next day or two. I’m just very disappointed with how my appointment was canceled with no notice. Made an appt 1 week ago.
