Great value, incredibly convenient We've lived at Cloudridge a number of years and are happy to call it home. It's well planned, well managed, and great value for the money. Rent includes expanded digital cable, which is a tremendous value right there. The owner of the complex lives on site, and management is usually very responsive when things need attention. They are right on top of it when snow falls, for example. We had a water heater go out when we were getting ready for work, and it was replaced by the time we got home... read more
