This company is DISGUSTING! They are unethical in every sense of the word! They violated parts of our rental contract. They waited over 21 days (contract violation) to return our security deposit. When we did receive it, we found out they had kept over $1000 of our $1750 security deposit. Along with the meager refund, they included a very vague description of what the kept money was being used for.
