I had an excellent experience with Cloudbusters. The technician, Nakoda, was a very pleasant, knowledgeable young man. He had to set up my desktop system. He was able to recover all my information and transfer to the new set up. They also were very good in keeping me updated on my appointment arrival time. It was refreshing to deal with such a professional company. That is rare these days. Very pleased.
Equipment being sold is subject to suppliers they don't control. In todays world this means it may not last as expected. Cloudbusters is however jumping in to try to address what is needed to rectify a situation as best they can being in the middle but not being the equipment supplier.
Steve handled the spring maintenance on my outdoor speaker system and TV. He had to repair a broken speaker connection and ran a new cable to my TV. Very polite and personable young man.
