Very well run clinic. You do see many staff before the Doctor, but the team is very thorough. I felt very well cared for each step of the way.
All Staff I interacted with were professional and kind. The reception/booking staff worked hard to find the first available date for me to see a doctor. The clinic was certainly a busy place but everyone I saw was gracious and helpful to the patients. Dr Hanson was professional & skilled. Cloudbreak has provided care to several family members and our experiences have all been positive. Clinics such as this all must deal with unexpected events, so I arrive with supplies I will need for stress reducing. waiting. It helps.
