We waited and underwent several tests for 3.5 hours, but received no diagnosis or any advice. In the end, they simply told us to come back in three months for the same tests and then can talk to a doctor and get the results. We don't understand the point of repeating these tests, and don't have that much time for such lengthy and repetitive procedures.

Went in for narrow angle laser procedure. ( Sept 29, 2025) I was told that I could go run a marathon after it and there would be no problems. I am in week two of sore swollen eyes and no idea when this will be over. While I understand that different people react differently to medical procedures the glibness on this treatment and no mention that there could be problems is annoying to say the least. Three times my appointment was rescheduled and after 3 weeks the office still didn’t contact me with new scheduling appointment.
