I've never been so uncomfortable, upset, and disappointed with a nail service, but there's no doubt that this is a pattern that will never end at these types of salons. Terrible customer service; they treat you like they're doing you a favor. The guy who did my nails cut my finger and didn't even apologize, despite my obvious PAIN. He didn't use an alcohol pad to clean the wound either. He continued doing this HORRIBLE job. I was at the mall waiting for my child at gymnastics when I realized I could check something off my to-do list while I waited. I walked right in no wait and got done in time to pick up just around the corner. Every time I look at my toes it makes me so happy I went here. I got the most basic package that is $30 but upgraded to gel polish. My tech did wonders for my dry scaly feet! I'm so thankful I had this option while I was killing time.

Please DO NOT GO HERE they charged my 107 for horrible nails that started peeling off the next day. Came back and they said that’s what you get for getting regular nail polish. So why do you offer it ???🤦‍♀️ the said that’s what I get for choosing it and there’s nothing else they can do but charge me 20 dollars MORE for a touch up.

I was looking for a place to get my nails done. Saw this listed and was going to check it out. But I won't even step one foot in the door, it SMELLS DISGUSTING. Even outside the smell is nauseating. I can't even imagine sitting through an appointment in there.
