First time here. AMAZING!! The owner did everything I asked for and paid attention to my needs. The massage chair is incredible!! So very clean and so relaxing!! Highly recommend Cloud 9!!! I will be back!!!!

My wife and I love to go there for our “couples” pedicures. Enjoy a little massage…some paraffin wax and a nice glass of wine. Never disappoints !
My sister and I got our nails done and paid $120 for a refill which I think is a little expansive. Also I think it was too much because I paid $120 for poorly done nails they guy didn't let my polish dry all the way and he messed up the shape on my nails and they didn't look the best and so I had to fix them myself and the guy I had just rushed and my nails didn't turn out good and I feel like I just got ripped off. Wouldn't recommend.
