Scammed my mother out of $499.99 for IT service, and now is telling her she has to pay $800.00 more. Also told her that she needed a new printer (hers was junk he said) and sold her another one for $200 that she never received (BTW her old printer works just fine.) This is a total scam. These people will not cancel and have total access to her computer. We had to wipe her computer to get rid of them.

Yes at times they are hard to understand with their accent but always explain resolution to fix my computer. Unfortunately they do up sell a lot more service, reluctantly I agreed. They do take the time to explain what they are doing and in the midst of type 1 diabetes with unprecedented cognitive impairments from herniated disks we have been able to resolve many hacks while installing the latest software updates. Expensive though I think worthy of cost.🤘

Felt harrassed. Way too expensive!! Changed my mind at the last minute and had to cancel my credit card to get them to give me my money back. Now they won't quit calling me. Scary

terrible Every time I called for support it was always an upsell that I needed another type of service. The last time when my computer was infected I was told to buy a prepaid walmart card in the amount of $299.00 then they would fix the computer. Foreign support staff hard to understand wouldn't ever use them again. Still have 3 yrs left on a worthless tech support contract
