Adding to my previous post, CPS has notified me at least 4 times that my home was among the top 5 homes (not 5%) in my neighborhood for energy efficiency during peak energy usage days. I love watching the CPS meter run backwards.

Editing my original review… We originally weren’t very pleased with the communication and customer service that we received. However Mr. Cloud himself called and gave us a sincere apology and gave us explanation as to why things had been so difficult. We appreciate Mr. Cloud taking his time to call us and make things right. We feel that this company didn’t deserve the original rating/review which is why I am editing it now. He’s gone above and beyond to rectify the issues that we had.

I spoke with 3 solar energy installers and Cloud was the only one that took a total energy solution on how best to make my home more energy efficient. The discussion included radiant barrier, double pane windows, and other solutions. The competitors I spoke with were only concerned with how many panels they could sell me. Cloud was also more favorable on financing, with a much lower interest rate (.9%) than competitors. Great company!!! Office staff at Grissom rd is amazing. I would recommend this company hands down one of the best!!
