A local family paid over $1,500 while their unit sat filled with rat feces, chewed furniture, ruined electronics, and toddler items destroyed. The owner refused to help or even apologize — only told them to “contact insurance.” They had to drive across the country to find their belongings a biohazard mess, and still got NO accountability.
