Went here for a friend’s birthday brunch. Highly disappointed in the customer service and quality of food that was given. It was our very first time here and everything had to be asked for and simply not offered. Water was lukewarm even with ice. I visited Cloud Puncher and did not like the portion or taste of the food I received. I asked to switch meals and was told Id still be required to pay for the meal. When I received my check I asked more questions. Apparently, it was still on the check because it touched the table and a visible bite was not taken. I did not end up eating. Had a great experience here! John and Zach provided outstanding service, they were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
I was there for a World Cup watch party. My server was John with Zach assisting. John was a great server and made the best Paloma. I may have over indulged - it was a great evening. I am looking forward to next watch party!
