I’ve been looking for fluffy pancakes all over (HI and Cali) like the ones in Osaka from Happy Pancakes…. And finally found them here at Cloud 9! They’re as good if not better!!!
This place was awesome, we enjoyed the original and strawberry pancakes with the ube bubble waffle. Everything was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly.
