I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like others need to know what happened here. This company installed our system on September 8–10, 2023. Even the initial installation was rocky. They canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, which forced me to reschedule them on my birthday and cancel my planned gathering. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Anthony was charming, professional, and arrived early. He was sincere when it came to pricing and explained the details of the work he performed.
Last week Anthony came to our house to do a regular maintenance of our HVAC and he did an amazing job. He was on time and communication was great from beginning to end. He documented everything he did and shared those pictures after the fact. He answered all of my questions. Always great to do work with Cloud comfort
I had a maintenance appointment with Erwin and everything was wonderful. He was a great communicator, did a thorough inspection of our system, and helped me install a new smart thermostat. Very kind and patient with all my questions. Couldn't be happier with the service!
