My first technician last year Schuyler was wonderful and a great communicator , and my technician today, Erwin was also wonderful and a great communicator. Both technicians were thorough, cleaned my minisplits, and explained my hvac needs and issues. . I’m a management and culture consultant and I don’t know how cloud comfort finds the best employees, but they really do. I just renewed for another annual service plan. They have won my business again!
Erwin is the man!! Nice, knowledgeable, funny and good with answering my a million and one questions!
Update 3/17/25: The mini-split went out before our scheduled maintenance appointment. Grateful Nicole got us in earlier as the weather was getting very cold at night. Anthony came out for a diagnostic and maintenance visit. He was very professional, explained each step, kept the work areas clean, and the house was HOT by the time he left. Came out same day to look at HVAC system, polite. Did not send an email with information regarding problem as promised. Was quoted a repair for 1 part that was more than buying an entire new unit. This was after suggesting a massive cost of moving the entire unit into the attic for no apparent reason. Will not use service again, was not impressed.
