DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE. I been coming here for OVER 10 years, but when Jose did my taxes. Last year I got an email that Jose was leaving the company and Guillermo was taking over his clients. I was told I was in good hands. WRONG. I had my app on 03.29.25 at 12pm. Guillermo called me at 7pm. I should have just known. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES WITH THEM! I had my tax appointment with Guillermo on 03/27 where he told me he'd send me my return for review before filing it. It is now 04/21.. we have passed the tax deadline but I still have not seen my return and it has not been filed. He is now out of office until May.
