what the hell is going on with this place.. I called the IRS and they never filed my taxes
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES WITH THEM! I had my tax appointment with Guillermo on 03/27 where he told me he'd send me my return for review before filing it. It is now 04/21.. we have passed the tax deadline but I still have not seen my return and it has not been filed. He is now out of office until May. I reached out almost every day either by phone, by email, by text message or by the portal (their "preferred" way to communicate) and I only received one response back where he told me my taxes would be uploa... read more
I had a great experience last year but this year I had an appointment confirmed on April 8 and nobody ever called me. I called them everyday after my appointment was missed, emailed them, and they basically ghosted me. I had to find a last minute solution and thankfully I did. This is very unprofessional and the person who answers the phone just tells you that someone will call you back and nobody ever does. If you want peace of mind, professionalism, and a company you can trust do not use them.
I would like to give 5 starts to this office becasuse was very easy to make the appoitment to fille my taxes. Guillermo was on time for the video call and everything was very smioth. I "m very happy because the IRS already receive it. Guillermo is one of the most preparado accountant that I know.
