From what we could tell, our windows had never been cleaned, and certainly not professionally. We chose Cloud 9 simply based on google reviews and WOW! We are so grateful we did. Their staff was efficient, polite, and professional. Customers for life! Highly recommend choosing the Premier option if you're a first time customer.
