I debated between recommend or not. More often than not, they are out of the juice we use & always say “we just ordered some” so we end up at the Mobile store on Airport, that never seems to run out of the God Nectar in 6. Also, after saving points, was told that the free bottle of juice, up to $25, would not be applied to the $26 bottle of the only brand we ever get from Cloud 9. Just kind of figured it would be a $25 credit if the juice was more - and really? It was a dollar more.
Recommendedit's just the place to be you have to be there to understand but dont be fake come in as you are an you'll have the best experience I personally only go to the one in daphne but I WANT TO SHOUT OUT TO MY HOLE CLOUD 9 FAMILY INCLUDING JOHN AN G MAN LOVE YALL

Went into this location as a new/first-time customer the evening of 01.21.19, and I very nearly had to beg the lone employee to get off his stool to help me. Responses to questions were either yes/no, or as minimal as possible. Well, this place is off my list for sure. I'll continue to give my business to the competitor up the street with helpful employees who don't give the impression I'm interrupting them by trying to give them my money. Cya.
