Best tattoo place to go to in Sacramento! The price is great for someone that's addicted but kind of struggling financially. Instead of retail therapy I do some tattoo therapy. Adam is amazing and so talented. I tell him my ideas and he always knows how to put it together. I even got my mom addicted. I will continue to go to Adam even if I move!
