There was a mistake with my order and our server told me I were wrong and that the meal would not be removed from my bill or remade. The manager also insisted that I was wrong. Personally as a manager at a different restaurant I know this is shity customer service.
We arrived before a party of 3 which turned into 11 and they were sat before us , they arrived after us. We ordered a vegetarian dish with NO MEAT. It had meat in it. We pulled out the pieces and showed them to our server who INSISTED it was egg. THEN we asked to speak to a manager who spoke down to us ALSO telling us it was egg. As a non-vegetarian I tasted my friends dish , it was in fact meat. Not impressed. Sushi was good. Vegetarian dish was not.
Some authorize my card for a tip I did not sign for !! How gross is that ! Thief really someone should chop off your fingers

When I get to Cincinnati, I always make a point to eat here. Got there twenty minutes after opening, and it was already packed! Only downside is, I wish they were open for lunch!
Service was great. Food was AMAZING. We are definitely going to be coming back!!
