It was our first time at cloud nine and we were looking forward to good sushi. However, I was super disappointed with the lack of service! Although we were sat at the bar relatively quick, we were ignored for 15 minutes. Nobody came to take our order and staff just stood around talking and the manager was texting right behind the bar where we were sitting.
