Expensive - not worth it - the worst pedicure I've ever had! For $60 I got a regular pedicure (includes extra $5 for french) The massage was minimal My french style polish was smeared (not by me but by the manicurist) and started to chip almost immediately There was still dirt under my toe nails None of the dry skin around my toes was removed I felt that the manicurist was inexperienced I am upset that I paid $60 for someone to "practice" on me

They stole $75 from me! I purchased a gift card for my wife a long time ago knowing she wouldn't be able to use it right away due to us having a new baby. When she called them to discuss her time frame of use they explained that every year that goes by you loose something like 10-15 dollars but that they would honor the gift card. She called them a couple of days ago ready to make a visit and inquired what the balance on the gift card was. Wonderful and Relaxing I've been to Cloud 9 several times for nail treatments and I always leave feeling wonderful and refreshed. From their aroma bar to the warm neck wraps to the paraffin dip and the skilled staff Cloud 9 truly is a great experience!
Glad I tried it! Got a gift certificate to Cloud 9 last mothers day and had never been to a spa before. So glad I finally did. I didnt realize how much tension I was carrying around in my shoulders and neck, but that hot stone massage and hot stone facial left me feeling like a wet noodle (in a good way) THe place is very clean and smells good. Massage was excellent! I had completely destroyed my upper back with stress. Kaitlyn did an amazing job working out all the knots. When I went in I could barely stand up straight without feeling the ache, but when I left I was in heaven.Not the mention the place is fabulously decorated and well kept. Very clean. Awesome spa in Gainesville – I have been to spas all over the place--New York, Vegas, Miami, Thailand, Hawaii--and this spa is certainly comparable. It is always a pleasure to visit Cloud 9. Heated treatment tables, great quality products, quiet and clean atmosphere, and a courteous, friendly, and professional staff. Love it! I wenbt here for the mint chocolate bath! What an experience. I jsut wanted to stay in that tub for ten years and not move! Getting ut was tough...but alas...a girl cannot soak forever! They also have a variety of other services as well. really liked it! Great atmosphere!
