I got the Acne Facial and I recommend it to anyone with pimples, breakouts, and blackheads. It was super soothing and calming and would totally go again!
Helene is great! Iâve been going to her for I want to say almost 2 years now and sheâs always accommodating to me. I do laser treatments with her and can I just say my skin is amazing. No more shaving and she always treats me good. My underarms are super smooth all thanks to her. Iâve done a facial with her and it was so relaxing. My skin was glowing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Sheâs very sweet and caring of her customers.
Ellen gave an amazing facial! I have been dealing with acne, especially pesky clogged pores and dark spots. Ellen addressed these problems but doing a thourough extraction and exfoliation. By the time I left my face was glowing! Definitely going to try and make getting a facial at Cloud 9 a regular thing- worth every penny!

Helena is great. Last minute calls she will always fit me in. Love how she makes sure everything looks good before you walk out the door.
I met with Helene for a bikini wax. She was extremely friendly and professional and the spa is clean. I texted her to make an appointment and received an immediate reply for a same day appointment. I will be returning soon for a facial!
I canât imagine going anywhere else. Helene is amazing and always knows what to do with my skin, and when I first saw her I had a lot of issues with my skin/hair and just about everything sheâs done has helped these problems that no one could figure out for me before. Always makes me feel at home, like a little getaway I can go to whenever I want. A+++++!

Helene is amazingly good at making you feel comfortable. From the scheduling (can be done via text), to tailoring her hours to suit your schedule, setting up appointments is a breeze. As for the treatments, excellent work. So far Iâve had LHR with amazing results after only 2 sessions and after seeing the glowing skin of my colleague post-facial, that is next on my list!
