I had an appointment today with Laney. It was my first time at this salon. When I got there I was told Laney had passed me off to another stylist! I did not appreciate being "passed off!" I showed the stylist a photo of what I was after (short pixie cut with spikes). I had to ask to have clippers used on the sides, the neckline wasn't squared off as I had asked, and it was cut too short to spike! Nevertheless, I purchased product and gave a tip!
