I was suffering from nerve pain & Heather rearranged her schedule to get me in last minute. Before I went back, we had a detailed discussion about my symptoms. The room has a very relaxed ambiance. I had a 60 minute massage with focus on the areas causing my nerve pain. It was the most amazing massage I've ever had. I felt immediate relief when the massage was over & am very grateful for the knowledge and expertise that Heather showed. I would highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone looking for a massage.
This is about a 10 star rating. Been under some stress lately and had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. I seriously feel like I am floating right now because it is all gone. Not a single ounce of pain when I turn my neck or reach my arm for something. If you do not book anything, you are missing out.

Heather has created a warm, inviting space that instantly soothes you when you walk through the door. I enjoyed a full hour massage tailored to my needs ... from the aromatherapy with the essential oil of my choice to the hot stones and steaming towels at the end...it was perfection!
