I was shorted about 20 minutes on my massage. I understand $55/hr for a massage is on the lower end, but I at least expect to get the full hour. I arrived at 8:45 pm for a 9pm appointment. I understand they closed at 10 so I wanted to ensure to be extra early. Sadly they didn't care as much as I did to get started. My therapist "Amy" left me in the waiting room until 9:12pm. Ive going to Cloud 9 for over a year now. Staff is friendly, and the place is very clean and organized. Jack is AMAZING! His massage is firm and really helps loosen muscles. I love Cloud 9!
I came here a few months ago for a foot massage. Let me say it was AMAZING! I had Annie and I really appreciated the fact that she paid attention to detail. What shocked me was the fact that even though it is called a "foot massage", they will spend a certain amount of time on your body as well. The atmosphere is really relaxing and is worth every penny. I am going back soon so that I can experience their full body massage.
I have went to cloud 9 several times for a body massage. I specifically asked for work on my upper shoulders and back because I carry a lot of tension. My therapist was able to work the tension out completely each time. I left a little sore, but after a day or two things were back to normal and I felt 100% better.
I love Cloud 9 and go there frequently. Jack is the best. I've had a dozen massages from him and every single one has been excellent. Very clean and professional place.
Love this place! Great prices and awesome therapists, I would go every day if I could!
