I have been going to Cloud 9 for years and always had exceptional service. Although today’s experience was different. My massage was wonderful however my facial left more to be desired as I requested to end it early. Even though there was no steam due to covid regulations, it felt more like she was just washing my face with different lotions that she was unable to tell me anything about.
