I ordered a birdcage style veil from Cloud 9 Bridal and was told since the maker/designer of the veil was local, it would be into their shop next week, then overnighted to me. A little over 2 weeks later, the week of my wedding, I still did not have my veil. When I called and asked for a status, the two people I spoke with gave differing stories. Had such an amazing experience at Cloud 9! Kenzie found the perfect dress for me- exactly what I was picturing in my head. It arrived much faster than expected too, and they were always very accommodating with appointment times. I shopped all around the Austin area and their prices and selection was definitely the best for the price range. Would highly recommend!!

I called last minute to make an appointment and the staff not only worked me into their busy schedule on a saturday but they had a wide variety of dresses to try on and never rushed me. The lady who helped me (can't remember her name) offered different dresses to try on based upon what styles I liked and disliked and listened to what I said. I will definitely be referring them to the many brides to be I meet along this exciting journey!
