I am a devoted, dedicated employee. I worked on the Comcast project - I did the impossible! I met their unrealistic goals. I worked 50 to 60 hours a week. I was NEVER once reprimanded. I had stellar reviews. Call volume fell off on the Comcast project - and we started to have a lot of "GHE" (go home early). Then they "laid off" about 50 of us. I worked for Cloud 10 during the DTV project that is being spoken about in previous postings. Cloud 10 terminated the contract with the At Home Professions only because the FCC terminated the contract with Cloud 10. This was because of low call volume. Cloud 10 was handling calls from those who needed help with the transition. However, due to moving the date to June and having plenty of information readily available through all avenues, the call volumes were so low that it was pointless to have the phone set up. This company is unprofessional not to mention, they have no integrity at all! They hired me as wellasking for a two week commitment. I was trained then they fired me along with everyone else, when things backfired with them. They promised to mail payments to everyone on Feb27th 2009 and it's march 6th and I still haven't got paid! In my humble opinion Cloud 10 is far from being a professional company to work for. After training, after buying the required headset, after downloading and correctly installing their software, after being verified I was up and running to receive calls, after I had worked 12 hours, Cloud 10 chose NOT to pay me correctly and simply saying sorry.How professional is that? Their coordinators, Help desk personnel, interviewers etc were not properly trained to their job. I feel sorry for any company who hires them to find agents. ... read more
When I heard about Cloud 10 Corp, I thought this would be a good way to add to my income while not spending a fortune on gasoline, work from home sounded wonderful. I passed the interview, computer testing, hours of training, paying 25 dollars for a USB headset, and then, 2 days of work which did go slowly due the DTV change over date being moved back, though 5 to 600 stations were still going through with it.
