I would never suggest that anyone shop here. I ordered my wedding dress through them in January- I was told it would arrive May 5th. I called just about every day starting May 1st and not once did they return my calls- they actually seemingly blocked my calls (if I called from a different number they would answer, but if I called from my phone number I could never get anyone to answer). I ordered my wedding dress from this shop in March and they stated it would arrive weeks before my wedding in August. The arrival date kept getting pushed back and finally they stated that it had shipped 2 weeks before my wedding. They provided us with "tracking numbers" that never worked - the ladies in the shop stated that the tracking numbers must be missing a number but no one ever called us back with the correct tracking numbers. From the moment my daughter walked in the door to purchase a prom dress to her final fitting, the whole entire experience was fantastic. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and getting her the dress that suited her!

The ladies at The Clothes Rack were great. They were so polite, so helpful. They weren't pushy or rude (unlike experiences I've had elsewhere). I will likely return there when it's closer to my wedding date to start looking for dresses.
