The owner of this business was also the owner of Bride to Be Consignment that all of a sudden closed their store without giving any of the consigners notice to come and get their property! They sent all of their consigners an email saying our property would be returned and now over a month later they are filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. There are hundreds of women who are owed not only property back but thousands of dollars worth of money for their items being sold and not being paid for it. I really love clothes mentor. I have been to many consignment stores, but this is my fave in the area. I always get complimented on my clothes that I've pick up there.
Clothes Mentor in Edina is MY FAVORITE re-sale store that I've EVER encountered. The Quality of products available for purchase (not just clothing) is Top Notch! It's the 1st store that I go to when I want/need something SPECIAL. The Sales people are Wonderful and make sure that I leave the store happy even if I don't make a purchase.
Very little inventory and it was all priced high compared to other CM locations. Wasn’t acknowledged at all by staff and I heard them referring to something as homeless looking which is a bit snobby.
I love both buying and selling at this location! I love that they have a year round clearance section and always find a little of everything I'm looking for at great prices. The staff is always friendly and I love how they're always doing giveaways and events! Even if I don't win, it's always fun to participate and play!
For the price of the clothes the quality was not up to it. Pretty disappointed after seeing what other locations had and offered would not recommend going.
