RecommendedI just had an exceptional experience here. Bought a great winter coat, upon getting it home found out the zipper was broken. When I went back, the owner was immediately on it and offered me a store credit. No questions asked. I found an amazing pair of leather boots in which the owner then worked it out to be an even swap. She gained a repeat customer. Loved the integrity and kindness she exhibited.
