I bought a purse there and got it home and decided I really didn’t like it. No tags were removed. The receipt was in the bag. When I went to return it a week later I was told they do not do returns only in-store credit or exchange. I think this is a terrible policy for a clothing store. I can see having a 30 day policy, but one week later and no refund! That’s ridiculous.

Just because I'm not your "ideal" target market, does not mean I should feel not welcomed into any store that I walk into. A "welcome in" or even a smile would be nice when walking into a store, instead I was greeted with a glare and an eye roll.
