girls were all standing at the front talking badly about other employees together. while i was acknowledged it felt very toxic and upsetting to hear a lot of the things being said. i really enjoyed the selection of products but became really uncomfortable with the loud conversations that were being had.
While this is a nice store with nice people working there, I would never buy a gift for someone there again. It wasn’t a good fit for my mom, and I couldn’t find something else but I was forced to buy something that I didn’t love since they wouldn’t provide a refund with tags attached and receipt. Just make sure you can try on and you like it and are certain you will keep.
Friendly staff and welll organized store
These lady's were absolutely amazing. I came in with my daughter, just got off work, covered in drywall dust and sweat, they met us at the door, welcomed us in and asked what we were looking for. I explained we were looking for clothes for my daughter. They immediately went to work asking my daughter what her favorite colors were, and if she had a style in mind, My daughter is very shy and wasnt offering very much info, and i was completely useless to offer any fashion advice.
