I called Closs electric to do a few minor electrical repairs. They told me it would be $95/hr. The technician took 40 minutes to do the job, but they charged me for 2 hours including drive time (which they didn't mention over the phone), plus when I spoke to John re bill, he claimed that the tech left my house and went to "the warehouse " to buy a cap. Came out to fix an electric issue involving a septic tank. They responded quickly and seemed to know exactly how to fix the problem and prevent it from happening in the future.

ZERO STARS. This company is not trustworthy since the previous owner passed. They are charging way more than the job is worth. They quoted us for a 4-hour job to install one outlet which only took an hour. We asked about being charged for time and material, which the previous owner recommended for another job we did, as paying for a 4-hour job didn’t sit right with us They told us there was no way the job would only take an hour, yet IT DID. Had Closs electric come out to do some rewiring and switch work at my house and they were very professional and did good work! The office was Special as well and I would highly recommend!

So recently we had a fuse blowing or breaker box in her house and it was unrepairable so we called Closs And they came out next day and got everything fixed up the ordering code. They did a very professional job the two guys I sent out were great. And their price is very reasonable It wasn't too high varies I would highly recommend them.
