Closing Edge has helped me in my transactions and they are on it! If I call for anything, it’s taken care of. I haven’t had any issues and will continue to use their services.
If you are a seller, highly recommend not using this closing company. They refuse to wire transfer funds and place a hold on your check transfer, causing a delay in actually getting your money. Avoid them if you can.
So if you're a buyer do your seller a favor and do not use this company. They mess up a lot, small details like name miss-spelling after my legal team corrected them. To the point where the final closing documents that were delivered to me had names misspelled...For buyers that could be an issue. They don't do wiring transfers which is very odd dealing with real estate now a days. Not very impressed with this title company. Would not recommend.
