What happend? Upon entering Closics both my wife and I were very impressed with the show room. We were helped right away and were able to narrow our search for baby furniture to a few items. We wanted to buy furniture that was made in the U.S. do to safety concerns from imports. We also like the idea of buying from local stores and not a chain. Great Selection We visited several large stores looking for just the right nursery furniture. When we visited Closic's we found a unique and large selection to choose from. The owner was our salesperson and she was very informative helping us with our needs. We would recommend Closic's.
Unhappy with Service We recently purchased baby furniture from the Munire product line at Closics based partly on the recommendation from our salesperson. The product delivered was unsatisfactory and had small fork-like holes throughout the furniture. Both Closics and the Manufacturer said that this was because the wood was distressed. However, this information was not provided by the salesperson, on the brochure provided in the store or any instore materials, or on the manufacturer's website. great variety as both of our sons entered into their latter teen years, they were looking for furnishings for their rooms that would be more suitable for their age...we took them along on a trip to buy a crib as a baby shower gift, and ended up also buying two bedrooms of furnishings for our boys!...the variety and styles were just what they were looking for...delivery was arranged for over the weekend, and they set it up and took our old stufff away free of charge...great service!
