Terrible Experience Terrible experience. They do not return phone calls nor do they take down accurate information for the order. They lie to customers about the status of their order. The furniture can take over 4 mths to receive. The sales people are rude.
Great Experience I just received my furniture delivery yesterday, and I am so happy we choose Closic's. At the time of the purchase we received great service and the staff was very knowledgeable, we spent 3 hours in the store. Our furniture did take 14 weeks to come in. The delivery men where very carefull and very friendly, they assembled the crib and placed all the furniture in the right place. I would recommend Closic's to all my friends!
Closic's never let us down We have purchased 3 sets of crib to college furniture from Closics and are very pleased with all of them. All 3 came in the timeframe that was provided and the quality is outstanding.
Closic's Baby & Teen Furniture is Disappointing Unfortunately I am also having a difficult time with this store. We were given a delivery time of 2-3 months, and told that most deliveries had been running closer to two months. This seemed okay with us, even if it went to 3 months our child was due 5/19, and we had a bassinet for her in her first few weeks anyway. TERRIBLE Experience I ordered a crib from them in January, and they told me it would take likely 2, but up to 4 months to arrive. This timeframe was fine since that would put it in sometime in May at the latest, and my baby was due in the beginning of July. Starting at the two month mark, I called once a month to check on status, and they told me each time that it would be in at the end of May. Happy Customer(s) We ordered Simmons furniture and had a good experience, no delays in delivery (we understand that some manufacturers from China are having delays). The salesperson was up front with us on the information for our purchase. They have a wide selection of companies to choose from. I sent my sister to Closic's, she also had a good experience.
Do not buy from this store!!!!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone. We were assured by the salesperson that we would receive our furniture in no less than two months, she also wrote that on the order form. We even chose a different set because she told us it could be delivered sooner than the other. Two months came and went, no furniture. Closic's World of Baby Furniture I was recently invited to a baby shower and the mom to be has registered with Closics. They have a wide selection of clothing and Accessories and Furniture for the new baby. The staff was great they helped me pick out the things my friend had on her list and they even helped me carry them to the car.
good shopping experience We just purchased the Ragazzi bedroom set for our son. We were surprised to have delivery in a short time. The furniture looks great in his room. Good experience.
