Very disappointed as these people came recommended by family. My contact person started off not showing up to the appointment. I called and she said she sent texts to me confirming. Never received them. Turns out she mistyped the area code. Happens. She showed up 30 minutes later to measure and sent very simplistic plans that were not at all creative for my space.
