She’s a wonderful woman representative Design consult who knows what I want meeting my expectations. What an impressive consult - excellent job! I had to use my account because Zedrick could not get into his account and we have been trying for 20 minutes. That’s where our picture comes in. great designer until they got my money. now they say they made mistakes on measuring which don't make sense. the designer will only text and the texts do not make sense. meagan refuses to call. I have called for a supervisor for two weeks. No return calls. Now the internet says LV office temporarily closed. Does nay one have a direct number to corporate or a supervisor or customer service rep that was helpful. They seemed so excellent until the designer messed up the measurements. They are non responsive for two weeks. HELPP... read more

Tried to get an appointment with them for an estimate for garage cabinets. They offered a 4pm appointment, yet could not accommodate that and kept calling to reschedule. Obviously the customer is not their priority. Looking elsewhere.

I had an appointment scheduled for today, Jan 18, 2021 at 10am. It was confirmed with their call center via email last week. I took the morning off work to wait for the designer. Nobody showed up, no call, email, text message and it is now nearly 1:00pm and still nobody has bothered to reach out to me. I guess I'll use your competitors for my laundry room cabinets and shelves.
