I requested an estimate on their website about a month ago for built-in bookcases. After hearing nothing back, I called and spoke to Mark. I sent measurements I had taken, which he passed on to the designer, Angela, and she fairly soon emailed me to schedule her own measurement and consultation. She arrived for the consult, shared some ideas and material options, took some measurements, then said she would get back to us the next day with a couple of designs and quotes. Recommend highly! They came in after a previous builder messed up our library, and within two months Closet Trends had built absolutley gorgeous floor-to-ceiling shelving that fit exactly what we wanted. The quality and attention to detail was astounding. The installation team was very professional, asking lots of questions to make sure everything was as we wanted. Lastly, the management team (shoutout to Mark) was incredibly responsive and helpful. Again, if you have ANY closet/shelving needs, this is the place to go.
I'm very happy with Closet Trends and their work. Our 3 closets are amazing! The quality of the product and the installation is superb. They also made a wall mounted floating tv console for us. It's perfect!
Had my closet done, it was affordable and everyone was nice and the installers were professional! Would recommend them to anyone looking to update their closet and not spend a lot doing it!
