I enjoyed working with Karen. She had good ideas, was thoughtful about the design and I never felt pressured to 'buy', which you get from so many companies. The price point was very reasonable and we're extremely happy with the results. The installer was friendly, detail-oriented and cleaned up nicely once the job was complete.
