I am extremely happy with the work the Closet Factory has done on the wall bed desk combo. Ashley the designer was fantastic. She did a great job and was always very helpful. Onil and Luis put it together beautifully. Be aware that this design makes the bed heavier than a standard Murphy bed in a cabinet. But the look is fabulous! Thanks to all.

I’m rating my overall experience a 3 star “Good.” I had Nigel as my installer and he was the most courteous and hard-working installer he did a great job and cleaned up. The lack of stars comes from the wait period, office customer service and lack of communication. The actual design of my closet I loved and that’s because I helped design it, and I had three quotes and revisions to go through. The quality of the material is great. I had a great experience working with Ashley, our designer. She was kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the design process, and I really appreciated her willingness to work with us. That said, the overall installation process was more disappointing than I expected. We met with Ashley in June, finalized our designs, and signed our contract. We worked with the closet designer, Carla Fuentes. She was very attentive and took her time to get to know us and what we are looking for. She brought our vision to life and we could not be happier. She is a wonderful designer and asked a lot of questions to better understand what we are looking for. The process itself was fairly easy from start to finish. She was able to accomplish what we needed within our budget. We love the closets so much!
