Carla did a great job designing our pantry. This is the second time she has designed for us with Closet Factory. We love her work. Angel did a great job with the installation. We highly recommend them both.
Wow, the service is amazing. We love our Closet from Closet Factory. I needed them to come out to service my closet and they sent Andy De La Cruz out very quickly. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. He literally came in and fixed everything in less than an hour. Not only do we love our closet but we love the service that Andy and Closet Factory provide. I would recommend anyone considering them to give them a call. I think you will be very pleased.
I had an issue with a drawer not closing correctly and Andy came out to fix it. He called before the appointment and arrived promptly. He realigned drawers and doors. He showed me how to adjust drawers if I need to. Great service!
Closet Factory definitely met / exceeded all expectations regarding our Murphy Bed. From the initial design consultation / sale with Brittany through install with Luis and Andy, we couldn’t be happier! Let me just say, my wife and I pay attention to the details … and so does this team. I’d call Luis and Andy artisans … they know what they’re doing, work efficiently … and just do great quality work. In a bygone era, that would be the expectation … in this age, it’s the exception. Great work!
Ashley Culhane helped me design this great desk and cabinets for a home studio. Fabrication and install was on time and well organized. Luis installed and was meticulous and extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful with details. Manager Micheal also resolved a delay due to my electrician’s availability.
