Beware of Closet Factory in Orlando and the designer Carla. I have had 5 closet, pantry and garage projects installed in my house in Orlando. The first three I had a great experience and the projects were done exactly as expected. The fourth and fifth projects I explained to Carla the “designer” exactly how I wanted it done. The closet in my mom’s room was wrong and the garage is such a stupid mess. I had a counter put in for projects and wanted toolbox drawers under it. We had a built in entertainment center done on our living room wall. We worked with Thomas as our designer. He was a pleasure to work with! Listened to our wants and needs, worked with us on the design and was able to stay within our budget. The day of installation we had Luis as our installer and he was amazing! He got the job done within the day, was very polite, professional, organized and clean. We love our living room now!
