I had a great experience using Closet Factory to design and install my custom closet. I had gotten an estimate from a local store and was not impressed with the quality, design or the cost of their solution. My designer Magda came up with a functional design that worked for my space. The closet was meticulously built in my apartment. I'm impressed by the quality of the materials and the design touches. I would highly recommend Closet Factory.
They just assembled my closet two days ago it come very very nice I want to sent a big thanks to the designer Sanjana who draw the design and to Gordon the man who assembled it he is very nice and professional thank you to all of you very much
"Avoid this company. After a clear measurement error left an ugly gap between my bookcase and the window frame. the management refused to fix it or offer compensation. Bad service, bad communication, and a total lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and stay away from designer Penny

Amazing product and service! Closet Factory just did all the closet space at my new 3 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. I could not be any happier. Loved the design process with Mark. Installation with Abe was perfect.
