My experience with the Closet Factory team has been seriously disappointing for a company that is supposed to maintain a national reputation. There was an error made during their installation. Pictures were taken and they figured out the problem within 48 hours but now they need to return to fix the error. Also, during their initial installation day, the installers brought the wrong crown molding. We recently had a need for custom closets at an nyc rental apartment. We met with Gabi of Closet Factory and she helped plan our 5 closets to every detail. The 2 day installation went seamlessly and our installers were professional and exacting to every detail. Would use Closet Factory again in a heartbeat!
