I had the opportunity to meet with Alexis today and view the extensive showroom at the Columbia location! Alexis was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through what the design and construction process would look like for a custom build in. I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone but Closet Factory to come in to my home and handle my custom work. Being able to come into the showroom and see everything in person and feel the quality of the pieces was an amazing help! Can't recommend them enough!
This showroom is so beautiful! You get to see every finish, color, door, handle, hook, hanger, option and detail. The lighting options are fantastic! You get to touch and experience the product finishes and details. Examples of all kinds of spaces - not just closets - pantries, entertainment centers, garages, Murphy Beds, offices and more! So many storage solutions!
