Dishonest and unprofessional. Because of the designer I worked with I had to alter the designed system after the payment had been made and right before the production stage as the color was not available in the needed size. Asked my designer to make certain changes three times and she did not do that, so I refused working with her. Plus she left 30inch length for shirts - shirts would not fit into 30 inches long space, completely unprofessional. Closet factory North did our master closet in my last home and will be doing our master in our new home. The designer was very knowledgeable, the install went very smoothly, and the installers were professional and did a great job cleaning up. They had a large variety of product to choose from and their warranty is lifetime... NO ONE else offers that! And the warranty is transferable. I highly recommend them.
