I am thrilled with Closet Factory. They transformed two rooms in my house from complete dysfunction to absolute works of art. The quality of the craftsmanship is far superior to any other closet manufacturer I've used in past homes. And the service is exceptional! I can't say enough about how responsive Kenny, our sales rep, and Jim, our installer, have been. Five stars isn't enough!
I recommend Closet Factory for their trustworthiness. Days after paying my deposit via ACH, I canceled my order due to an unforeseen event. Within 24 hours of cancelation, my deposit monies were back in my checking account. No delays. No "we need to mail you a check". I recommend them for this reason alone.
We love it. Jim did an outstanding job in our pantry and master closet. Tessa was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we needed in our spaces. I will most definitely use them again when the need comes again.
