Just had our closet redone by Closet Factory in Alcoa and we love it! Kenny was so helpful with the design and answered all my questions. He was quick to answer my questions by text or email. For install Dan was amazing. His work was impeccable. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He was also so respectful. From start to finish I was pleased beyond expectation.
