First, Christina Garcia was personable and pleasant while designing my closet. Then Jacinto and Jacob were prompt, polite, efficient, and exacting while installing my closet. Jacinto even returned with the pulls for the closet doors later the same day. All great at their jobs.
Excellent! The installer, Andrew, took pride in his work, paying close attention to all the small details. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Anne Walter, a designer at Closet Factory, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with designing a closet and vanity for my condo. My closet and vanity are my favorite parts of my room. I enjoyed working with her. She was extremely helpful with designing my second closet when my condo was flooded by the upstairs neighbors. She worked with my insurance company and really strived to understand my vision for my room in both instances.
