Ilde was fantastic! She was very patient and listened to our needs and concerns. She designed two closets and a pantry with features that would better address issues we had not even thought about. Her ability to think beyond what we were saying and design great closets and pantry will ensure we love them for years to come.

The owners of the Closet Factory were wonderful to deal with. I explained what I wanted/needed for my master bedroom closet, and they gave me just that. It’s absolutely perfect! They worked up a plan within about 15 minutes. Wait time was minimal, and installation only took about an hour and a half. Would call them again, if I need anything else.
